Just
a 200m walk from the harbour front is a short staircase leading to the
verandah that runs across the front of Villa Vasso. The verandah
is an ideal place to enjoy an evening drink whilst watching the goings
on in the harbour. Double doors lead from here to the main room
of the villa which has a spectacular view of the harbour (see above). The accommodation is as follows:
- Bedroom with
twin beds on a moussandra (a raised platform - typically greek style)
and double doors opening onto the verandah
- Salon with double/twin sofa bed
- Bathroom with shower, sink, WC and washing machine
- Fully equipped
kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and dining table
The salon is air conditioned, and has a television, CD, DVD and video
players. The villa is fully furnished and all
bed linen, towels and maid service are included.
The walled garden:
Secluded walled garden with pine tree and table and chairs for al-fresco eating (see opposite).
The blue door in the garden wall opens onto the track to Pondamos beach (a mere 5 minute walk away).
Sit here and enjoy a quiet drink in the shade of the pine tree and
recharge your batteries before your next swim.............lovely
